Meditation is one of the required parts if you want to make money online. You have to have constant motivation and vitality. You need the motivation because many of your projects won’t be paying off anytime soon. You have to create burning desire and meditation can help you that. I won’t get into the health benefits of meditation but by this point in history every knows that meditation is healthy for you. Meditation helps you build vitality which is pretty important if you are sitting on your butt in front of the computer all day working on making money. Stock traders and poker players can really benefit from it.

Meditation Tip #1

Think About It As Healing

Getting into meditation is one of the hardest things to do in life. Think about it, what would you rather do? Watch a movie or stare into nothingness. I personally would rather watch the movie but I know that meditation is like medicine for the soul and in the long run has amazing benefits physically and mentally. So basically the first tip I have is for you to start thinking of meditation as medicine. If you think of meditation as a healing process it will help you not half-ass your meditation approach. Whether your are doing Buddhist or Taoist ect, you have to see your meditation time as healing time. Setting the time aside in your mind is just as important as the next tip.

Meditation Tip #2

Set Time Aside

So many people I talk to say they want to start meditation but they can’t seem to find the time. Well guess what? I’ve never had the time for meditation either but you have to make it. If you have a cold you don’t always goto the doctor but once you start coughing blood you make the time for the doctor appointment. Meditation has to be the apposite, don’t let the first heart attack or nervous breakdown be the thing that gets you into meditation, by that time it may be to late. Do it first thing in the morning before you eat, this is one way of really getting out of the way.

Meditation Tip #3

Pick One Kind And Stick To It Daily

There are endless kinds of meditation techniques but they all have one thing in common. Commitment. If you don’t stick with it every single day and constantly switch meditation techniques then you will run out of juice and quit entirely. Everything in life doesn’t come in a basket, it comes in waves. Building mental fortitude and the ability to meditate well comes in waves. Slowly at first it will seem insanely boring and a waste of time, you may even have side effects, but you will reach benefits.
